OCC's patented Limited Axcess System provides the capability to implement enhanced physical network security and segmentation through the use of specially designed outlet jacks and patch cords. Initially designed for the military, the Limited Axcess system features uniquely keyed, color-coded jack bezels and patch cord boots that provide two layers of physically restrictive network security.
2-Layer Physical Security

Limited Axcess jacks only accept patch cords with Limited Axcess modular plugs. Standard RJ45 plugs cannot be inserted into Limited Axcess jacks.

Limited Axcess provides the capability to limit physical access to specific network ports through the use of color-coded
jack bezels and patch cord boots. Example: Only users with a Limited Axcess patch cord with a red boot can connect to
red Limited Axcess outlet jacks.

The Limited Axcess system enables network administrators to easily segregate users to specific networks by simply using a Limited Axcess conversion patch cord color-coded and keyed specifically to the appropriate outlet jacks. Whether you control access to your network for security clearance, confidentiality within your office space or simply to prohibit public access, the Limited Axcess product line will provide physical control of user connectivity for the network administrator.
